We are headed toward one of the sexiest and simultaneously low-key stylish summer destinations in Italy: Santa Margherita Ligure and Paraggi. Think: focaccia for breakfast, fabulous beach club with a fabulous restaurant, dives into turquoise baias, more pesto than you can eat, and nights in the twinkling hills.

Where it all began for Margherita: Milano. The chicest city in the world, perhaps? If you’ve never been, there’s no time like the present, and if you’ve been before, you can never get enough of that Milanese people-watching.
This trip will be filled with under-the-radar spots— artists, ateliers, and modernity. Milano is known as the most-forward thinking hub for design and style, for luxury and the art of living well. There will be fantastic restaurants, an abundance of culture, and deep-dive neighbourhood explorations to get to know la mia citta like a local. Then it’s off to the lago for the sound of lapping lake water, relaxation, and crisscrossing on a Riva yacht just for us.
